E&T is a measurement laboratory of Human Capital.

Every human being is a combination of a variety of traits which continually evolve.

Some of these traits, such as the ability to sell, to be part of a team or to be structured are interesting for human organisations.

Whatever the objectives may be (recruitment, development…), a company needs to better know its employees in order to determine whether they are compatible with the culture and system of values of the organisation.  But it is also necessary to assess their learning potential as well as to find the best way to support them.

We are a measurement laboratory of human capital because we know how to “scan” the specificities of a company and measure people’s personality, motivation and abilities.
